Chewing gum can improve your brain activity and according to some psychologists, chewing gum can increase the memory. Has done a study where a group of people were divided randomly into two groups, one group was asked to chew gum in a certain period and the other does not it. The result is a group that chewing gum had higher test scores than other groups.

Stimulus to keep the memory in the brain may be associated with chewing movements. When you chew gum, hippocampus (the brain that controls memory) will be stimulated. In addition, the chewing gum can increase heart rate and helps deliver oxygen to the brain effectively.

Chewing gum can help burn calories, especially if you choose gum is sugar-free. Chewing gum may be one solution to lose weight. In addition, sugar-free gum containing very few calories that would be an ideal snack.

Chewing gum can help a person fight stress. Research has shown that people who chew gum during the exam or while studying will be more calm and not nervous.

Chewing gum can reduce the levels of cortisol (stress hormone) in the body. Cortisol is a hormone that is released when the body is in a state of tension, thus causing stress.

Sugar-free gum can improve your oral health as it stimulates saliva production, which is one of the main sources that keep the mouth healthy. Saliva has antibacterial properties that can flush the remnants of food, sugar and other harmful acids in your mouth.

If you're used to chew gum after a meal, you will tend to have a healthy digestion. Chewing gum makes you swallow saliva again and again because of the increased production of saliva, thus allowing digestive acids to go down to the stomach and begin digestion.

THE LAST INSPIRATION

Today is cloudly. The sun shine as not bright and the wind is moving from the sky to the earth. Moving from the brightness to the darkness. The wind rop in my heart to ask me to follow that. But my heart says, “ You are not a losser”. I try to earn my heart, to analysis what happen to me, why am I always failed ? And I just silent. I do not know te answer of my questions. I try, try, and try... . But I can not find what is the answer. Ough... . My head is sick.

The wind come to me again and says,”Look at the people on the traffic light, look at your family, look at the people who always love you, look at your dream, You are not alone”. Then I look at the earth for a while. I try to understand what the wind saying to me. Hmmm... Yeach... I know now. That I must always thanks to Allah for the happen at me. And from that I have the inspiration again. That I can be better. Thanks to Allah, with Your wind I know the answer of my questions. Keep Spirit... ^_^

How Are You

How are you

I am fine, thank you, although my day not good as usual. From early morning I got a bad news, my laptop finaly unrepairable. Unlike my phone that just need three weeks my laptop already have two months in service. It realy killing me inside and outside. The laptop had been acompany me for 3,5 years. It always be with me. When i was angry, happy, alone, another situation. But lately i force my laptop to hard. I played laptop two full days, and did not turn it off for four days. Just after that my laptop avenged me, he decide to dead forever. I had been try call a few the best laptop doctor but it useless. Now the only thing that i can do is just watch and learn every thing, And hope my wish about new laptop will come true.

KRI Regional IV

Maybe we always hear about this competition every single year, especially from student of PENS, we should know about this competition. this competition is to make some robotics and mechanicsm that can pick something and deliver to somewhere. there are some category, KRI, KRCI, KRSI. KRCI is about how we can make a robotics mechanicsm that can turn off the fire while we ar is some unknown place, so KRCI can detect the heat from the fire and track how we can go to the location quickly, if we can develop this robot, we can use it automatically to turn off the fire in some building. KRI is definitely about team work, this category is very prestige to us, because we win this competition 12 years in a row !. this competition force us how to make 3 robot mechanism that include 2 automatic robots and 1 manually robot.
