Yes ,you are right .That picture about a traditional dance, many people called REOG PONOROGO DANCE.
Reog dance is one of many original culture from Indonesia.

Once upon a time there are kingdom, named Bantarangin.Located of Bantarangin kingdom was in Wengker (The named of my country before Ponorogo ).
 Bantarangin Kingdom has a King named Klono Sewandono ,and has a obedient meek named Bujangganong.
One day Klono sewandono got a news about King of  Kediri kingdom has a beautiful daughter,called Princess Songgolangit.And then Klono sewandono want to married with Princess Songgolangit,therefore he delegate Bujangganong to saw beauty of Princess Songgolangit in Kediri kingdom. In the way back to Bantarangin, Bujangganong met a monster called Singo barong from Lodoyo Kingdom.Singo barong  also has same purpose , Singo barong also want to married with Princess Songgolangit. And then Singo barong invited Bujang ganong for compete power of Bujangganong.Finally Singo Barong defeat Bujangganong , after that Bujangganong went to a cave for isolate oneself.Suddenly Bujangganong got 2 mask and 1 weapon on the cave , the named of the weapon was Samandiman.After that He back to Ponorogo and report to King Klonosewandono about Singo barong and 2 mask and 1 weapon ,And one message of Kediri ,that message was King Klonosewandono must show a dance, the dance must  never existed in the world  . Hear that, suddenly they want to wear that mask because they have a idea,
