The benefits of kiwi. Kiwi is the one of fruits from genus Actinida. This fruit has a brownish green color, the pulp color is green or golden, there are small black seeds, and can be eaten. Kiwi fruit has a smooth  texture, the fruit flavor is unique and is now grown in several countries. The benefits of kiwi fruit very good for our health because the fact in kiwi fruit there is vitamin C as much as 108,9 mg. Kiwi fruit also contains vitamin E two times ore than avocado.

The content of polyphenols, carotenoids and other enzymes make antioxidants that will counteract the free radicals that enter the body. The result is body more healthy and can avoid many diseases.

3   3.    Contains Lutein and Beta Carotene
The benefits of lutein and beta carotene is maintaining eye health. So by eating kiwi, visual function can be maintained properly.

4   4.    Contains Potassium
Potassium works to maintain heart health. Kiwi can also help reduce the risk of blood clots that can cause cardiovascular disease,  control cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

5   5.    Eliminate Digestive Problems
Kiwi can be helpful for those who have digestive problems. Irregular bowel movements or bloating can be overcome by taking it regularly.
