HEALTH BENEFITS OF DRINKING TEA

Do you like drinking tea? Or drinking tea become a habit. Do you know that drinking tea can
be more benefits for our health. There are eight (8) benefits drinking tea for our health:  

1.   Antioxidants that include in tea can protect the body from effects of pollution.

2.   Contains less caffeine. 1/8 cup of coffee contains 135mg caffeine, while a cup of tea just
      contains 30-40 mg caffeine so not be headache or can't sleep.

3.   Reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. Tea making circulation of blood be smooth 
      and clean. Result study in Netherlands is, the people who drinking 2 until 3 cups black 
      tea a day have more less risk of heart attack than the people that never drinking tea.

4.   Strengthen bones. Not only calcium of milk that make your bones be strong, the people 
      that always drinking tea have bone mass more heavy. 

5.   Make teeth white.The opinion if tea can make teeth look dull is not true because tea 
      contains fluoride to remove reefs in the teeth. Great if after finished brushing teeth, you  
      gargle with tea less sugar.

6.   Prevent infection. Contains of tea can strengthen the immune system and warding off 
      infections.

7.   Cope with cancer. Antioxidant substances called polyphenols that there are in tea can 
      cope with cancer.

8.   Free calorie. Without additional sweetener, sugar or milk, the tea still free calorie.

  
So, tea good to consumed for for those who diet or that want maintain weight. Try to consume green tea approximately four cups a day. That can burn more than 80 calorie that accumulated in the body.

Types Of Tea   
  
1. Black Tea  
      This tea in processing through full fermentation process. Often also known as red tea.

2. Oolong Tea
      This tea in processing through half of the fermentation process. This tea a favourite drinks in China and India.

3. Green Tea
      This tea in processing not through fermentation process. After Tea leaves are picked directly processed. Have benefits more than others. Research shows that green tea able to reduce risk cancer.

4. White Tea
      This tea in processing not through the oxidation process. When the tree, tea leaves also protected from the sun that do not produce chlorophyll. Because the production is less so the price more expensive.
