Peanuts

Who doesn’t know about this beans? Yeah, Peanuts is very popular in every country and of course each country have a different kinds of peanuts. Peanuts is a member family of peas, lentils, chickpeas and other beans (maybe, you don’t know about that beans which I mention? Haha, same as me! :D )
The veined brown shell or pod of the peanuts contains two or three peanut kernels.
In America, peanuts can be served by snacks or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
There are many benefits to consume peanuts, such as:
Keep health your heart; as antioxidant; reduce stroke; protective you from colon cancer; help prevent Gallstones; protect against Alzheimer’s and age related cognitive decline, and decrease the risk of weight gain.

But, if you have a food allergens maybe you have to keep away to not consume this.

Because peanuts include the 8 food types classified as major allergens. The 8 food types classified as major allergens are as follows: (1) wheat, (2) cow's milk, (3) hen's eggs, (4) fish, (5) crustacean shellfish (including shrimp, prawns, lobster and crab); (6) tree nuts (including cashews, almonds, walnuts, pecans, pistachios, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts and chestnuts); (7) peanuts; and (8) soy foods. In the case of peanuts, there is also some evidence showing cross-reactivity with cashews, walnuts, and sesame seeds, and so persons suspecting food allergy to peanuts may also want to determine the dietary safety and appropriateness of these other foods.

Or maybe you can visit your doctor to discuss what will you eat. It will better than you get  sick because your allergic.

How to select and store :
Shelled peanuts should be stored in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator or freezer since excess exposure to heat, humidity or light will cause them to become rancid. Shelled peanuts will keep in the refrigerator for about three months and in the freezer for up to six months. They should not be chopped prior to storage, only right before eating or using in a recipe. Peanuts still in their shells can be kept in a cool, dry dark place, but keeping them in the refrigerator will extend their shelf life to about nine months
