The Dragon fruit is one of  the most wonderful fruit  grown in Southeast Asia, Mexico, Central and South America also dragon fruit known as pitahaya or pitaya fruit. The benefits of Dragon fruit is many, dragon fruit  rich in vitamin C, calcium, fiber and antioxidants and many other nutritional values. There are two types of dragon fruit. The first type is pink skin and white flesh, the second type is pink skin and red flesh, and the third type is yellow skin and white flesh.

Dragon fruit is usually consumed as fresh fruit as relieving thirst, because the dragon fruit contains a high water content of about 90% of the weight of the fruit. It was pretty sweet because it contains sugar content reaches 13-18 briks. Benefits of dragon fruit can also be presented in the form of juice, fruit essence, sweets and jam or various forms of presentation according to your taste.
