LEGEN

Legen in Indonesia especially in Gresik is not name of template,but legen is the name of drink.Legen derived of siwalan,so the water of siwalan taken from leaf on the siwalan trees.Siwalan trees produce a water is used by people around for drinks.Many people in Gresik like a legen drink,because sweet and sour taste.Legen be trusted make cure a diabetes.But if you drink a legen over you can fell your stomach is sick.Because legen also contain alcohol.

In some areas in Indonesia legen be a sugar.Legen be cooked and stirred until legen coagulate,after that legen be printed in leaf.But now people is not printed sugar from legen in leaf because people feel leaf is not eficient so many people replace leaf to a plactic.Because plastic perceived more eficient than a leaf and price a plastic more cheap.Legen also make you drunk if legen save too long.So if we manage our nature well,we can get many benefit.
